CEREMONY

you might be curious about the absence of our venue's address in the details. no need to fret—it was a deliberate choice! unfortunately, our venue lacks onsite parking and space for uber drop-offs, so we've arranged shuttles for your convenience. the specific pick-up locations are yet to be determined and will be shared on our transportation page.

ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 pm
there will be a shuttle to escort ALL guests to and from the venue.
all wedding events will take place at the estate, this includes ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

day of itinerary

please do not attempt to drive to the venue, there is absolutley NO parking. this is why we are shuttling everyone in and out. to make things as smooth as possible, everyone has been assigned a specific shuttle to the venue, please scroll down for info on what pickup time /shuttle is assigned to you. the shuttle will NOT wait for anyone so PLEASE be early, we do not want you to miss the ceremony!
our shuttle service will be at the venue at 10 pm to shuttle everyone back to their original pickup location. for those who wish to keep the party going, we will be heading to the local pub, pappy mcgregor's. we will have wrist bands at the wedding (prepaid) for anyone who wishes to join for guaranteed entry, please be sure to grab one.

the nearest regional airport is san luis obispo which is roughly 40 miles from paso robles

THE HATCH

probably one of our favorite places to eat in paso, the food and drinks are phenomenal here.

the restaurant itself is pretty small and is always packed! would be smart to make a reservation if you plan on going :)

THE ALCHEMISTS GARDEN

the ambiance here is wonderful we always make sure to stop here for a cocktail....or two. the bar's focus is primarily on specialty drinks and they are all absolutely amazing. you have to try the fries and get the goat cheese ranch and the garlic parmesan aioli, is the best!

DAOU VINEYARDS

the best spot for wine tasting with an amazing view.

HALTER RANCH

another one of of favorite wineries with beautiful scenery.

AROUND TOWN

TIN CITY

a small walkable mix of wineries, breweries and distilleries located in industrial buildings. We always have so much fun here.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/ PLUS ONE?

due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are formally listed on your wedding invitation. if you received a plus one, they will appear on your rsvp.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

while we love your little ones with all of our hearts, we want all parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves and we have chosen to make our special day for adults only.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

we would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. dress code is formal attire. ladies can wear floor length, tea length or midi formal dresses and gentlemen can wear a suit and tie.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

no, there will be no onsite parking for guests. information on getting to and from the venue itself is tbd and will be provided soon on the "travel and accommodation" page.

WILL THERE BE ROOM BLOCKS AVAILABLE?

we have decided against getting any room blocks, due to the abundance of hotels and air bnb's in the area, but we do have our recommendations listed. if anything changes, we will post to the "travel and accommodation" page.
